ENGLAND OUT. WORLD CUP 2018 REVIEW
England are in a quarter final of a world cup for the first time since 2002! If they win they will be in their first world cup semi final since 1990 and only their third world cup semi ever!
The nation is excited but also as always deluded! England so far have played shit! They have had the easiest run up to the semi’s or even the final I have ever seen any team have. Avoiding Germany (who was knocked out in the first round) and Brazil, Uruguay, France, Spain, Portugal all the big teams, they’re either out all the other side of the draw.
So far in their four games they just about beat Tunisia, thrashed Panama 6-1 (sounds impressive until we consider Switzerland beat them 6-0 in a friendly before the world cup started, what the fuck are Panama doing at a world cup especially when we consider there is no Italy, no Holland and no Chile and probably a whole host of other teams that are better than Panama) and the England B team lost to the Belgium B team in a terrible game.
And then you have the game against Colombia. I love South American football but this was not the greatest Colombian team I have ever seen, especially without James Rodriguez a player that would have been the most talented on the pitch if he would have been fit.
England started pretty good but after half an hour they seemed to get progressively worse. Fair enough they won by penalty shootout but be real they were unconvincing, uncreative and very lucky.
What is crazy is England could get all the way to a world cup final with Croatia or Colombia being the best they would have played to get there (the second team played against Belgium in a match that meant nothing due to both teams already qualifying.)
Could they win it? Well Greece won the European cup in 2004. Argentina won it in 1978 despite the Dutch having a great team in that one. Brazil 2002 beat Turkey, Costa Rica, China PR, Belgium (not a great Belgium team), England and Turkey before beating Germany in the final. So there is a chance they could win it.
Sweden have not looked good at all, I watched them against Germany and Switzerland. England should definitely beat them. Croatia have been mixed, they looked good beating Argentina. Russia have also been mixed.
Do I think think England will win it? Hell NO. Why? Since 1990 England have only won 2 world cup games in the knockout round. Since 1966 the only teams England have beat in knock out football Including the European Cup are Belgium, Cameroon, Spain (on penalties,) Denmark, Ecuador and Colombia (on penalties!) Not impressive.
Do I want them to win it? FUCK NO. England fans are a disgrace, to their credit they seem to have behaved in Russia (probably out of fear of being battered by Russian people) but too many England fans are racist, small minded dicks.
E.g. I was on YouTube watching a few highlights and quickly reading comments. The comments section were filled with comments like “well played Portugal from Iran” and “unlucky Iran from Spain” and so on, loads of nice calm comments from normal people enjoying the world cup.
Then we had England and Tunisia, the comments from England fans were disgraceful “cheating Muslims scum” and all kinds WTF man its just a stupid game. Grow the fuck up.
Loving the England fans singing “you’re shit but your birds are fit” to the Swedish fans though and the response from the Swedish fans “go home to your ugly wives” was equally great.
That might sound funny coming from somebody that is NOT a football fan anymore (the only sport I follow is boxing) but I have my reasons for being excited about World Cup 2018. I can’t wait to see the overpaid, overrated, under skilled and under worked England football team embarrass themselves again.
I watched them in the European Cup (last year) with a couple of deluded England fans. They seemed to get very offended and upset as I jumped for joy as Russia scored a last minute equalizer against England (they don’t talk to me any more in the words of Kurt Cobain Oh well, Whatever, Never mind.) I sat bored as fuck and watched them beat Wales and draw to Slovakia.
But that was followed by one of my favourite football matches EVER! The “mighty” three lions get knocked out of the competition against Iceland!
Why do I have such of a problem with the England Football team? Because it is completely against my nature to support a bunch of spoiled millionaire brats even if they are from the same country I’m from! Some people may claim that I am jealous of the talent that these people possess and the wealth it generates for them. I’m not jealous to be able to control a football is a talent, it would be a completely useless talent but the nations and worlds obsession with football has made it a talent that pays much better than most.
I was once a passionate England fan, I watched and supported them in 1990 in some of my earliest memories. I was devastated when they failed to qualify in 1994 and gutted when they outplayed Argentina and had a goal disallowed in 1998. They played pretty well in Japan 2002 and in Germany 2006 they were way to reliant on a injured Wayne Rooney (who failed to match performances that he gave before that world cup again.)
By 2010 I was starting to recognize the problem with the world (not just the England football team.) I did not give a fuck when Germany humiliated them in that competition and from then on my support for England has turned in to support for whoever they are playing against!

England are out of the UEFA cup after being humiliated against Iceland (well done Iceland, if I had to listen to the first verse of God save the Queen again I might have gone insane.) I don’t usually blog Football as I do not follow it anymore and therefore my Football knowledge is not ever going to get the job as England manager. I spent much of my youth following England passionately and the story never really changes England expects England fails. England have not played well in a major competition since 1996 yet deluded England fans and TV “experts” are blaming Roy Hodgson the 68 year old man that is paid to take the blame.
Fabio Capello (proven world class manager), Sven Goran Erikson (proven world class manager), Glen Hoddle, Steve McClaren, Kevin Keegan and others have tried and failed to bring success to England. Has anybody ever considered maybe our players are just not good enough! Ian Wright insisted money was not responsible for England and their recent shameful displays, I think he is wrong.
“We got some of the best players in the world” the desperate England fans keep telling me, I don’t believe them. If our players are so good how come they managed just one win in four games? Its not like they were in a “group of death” Russia, Slovakia, Wales and Iceland are not exactly football giants.
Ian Wright and Peter Crouch insisted that the English players do care about the game and for the few weeks before the competition and during the competitions they do care and I believe they do give it 100%, the trouble is life is too easy for these people most are millionaires before being established proven players. An easy life will make you soft, they can now all go on a lovely vaccination with their lovely WAGS. Have you seen Dele Alli’s girlfriend? who would give a fuck about football if she was at home waiting for you? NOT ME! If she was my girlfriend you would probably never see or hear of me again, my YouTube channel and website would slowly fade into the dead part of YouTube and Google and my (already not the most commercially successful business) would be dead.
The huge blow of losing to Iceland will be cushioned by the fact the England players will now get a couple of weeks extra holidays doing whatever they want and going anywhere they want.
The easy living standards of our youth has also contributed, half them are overweight and technology has turned us in to a nation of weaklings. If there was a FIFA world cup on the PS4 or Xbox one we would win that hands down, but unfortunately for England playing computer games, smart phones, tablets and watching TV will not make a nation of sporting greats, it creates a nation of spoilt couch potatoes.
The “TV experts” claim if Roy Hodgson took this player or that player it would have been different, if he played this system, that system, wingers, holding midfielders, sweepers it would have been different. The truth is if England were anywhere near as good as we genuinely believe we are it would have been different, unfortunately for England fans and much to the amusement of me they are shit. Overpaid, over hyped and average at best and they will not improve until we admit there is a fundamental flaw in the English game and that flaw is money and greed. How many advertisements show England players cashing in on ads for corporations? Maybe if they spent less time acting like little corporate puppets, trying to sell shit to us as if they need the money and more time playing football they would improve.
FUCK FOOTBALL here’s Dele Alli’s girlfriend!

1937 – UFO OVER VANCOUVER CITY HALL
1950 The McMinnville UFO Case, Oregon
Considered to be Among the most Famous Photo Ever Taken of a UFO
McMinnville UFO photographs
At 7:30 pm on May 11, 1950 Evelyn Trent was walking back to her farmhouse after feeding rabbits on her farm. Mrs. Trent and her husband Paul lived on a farm approximately nine miles from McMinnville. (Clark, p. 372) Before reaching the house she spotted a “slow-moving, metallic disk-shaped object heading in her direction from the northeast.” (Clark, 372) She yelled for her husband, who was inside the house, and he came out and also saw the object. After a short time he went back inside the house to obtain a camera. He managed to take two photos of the object before it sped away to the west; Paul Trent’s father also briefly viewed the object before it flew away. (Clark, 372)
Publicity and investigation
It took some time for Paul Trent to have the film developed, and he apparently sought no publicity immediately following the incident. (Clark, 373) When he mentioned the incident to his banker, Frank Wortmann, the banker was intrigued enough to display the photos from his bank window in McMinnville. (Clark, 373) Shortly afterwards Bill Powell, a local reporter, convinced Mr. Trent to loan him the negatives. Powell examined the negatives and found no evidence that they were tampered with or faked. (Clark, 373) On June 9, 1950 Powell’s story of the incident – accompanied by the two photos – was published in the local McMinnville newspaper. The story and photos were subsequently picked up by the International News Service (INS) and sent to other newspapers around the nation, thus giving them wide publicity. (Clark, 373) LIFE magazine published the photos in July 1950. The Trents had been promised that the negatives would be returned to them; however, they were not returned – LIFE magazine told the Trents that it had misplaced the negatives. (Clark, 373)
In 1967 the negatives were found in the files of the United Press International (UPI), a news service which had merged with INS years earlier. (Clark, 374) The negatives were then loaned to William Hartmann, an astronomer who was working as an investigator for the Condon Committee, a government-funded UFO research project based at the University of Colorado at Boulder. (Clark, 374) The Trents were not immediately informed that their “lost” negatives had been found. Hartmann interviewed the Trents and was impressed by their sincerity; the Trents never received any money for their photos, and he could find no evidence that they had sought any fame or fortune from them. (Clark, 375) In Hartmann’s analysis, he wrote to the Condon Committee that “This is one of the few UFO reports in which all factors investigated, geometric, psychological, and physical, appear to be consistent with the assertion that an extraordinary flying object, silvery, metallic, disk-shaped, tens of meters in diameter, and evidently artificial, flew within sight of two witnesses.” (Clark, 375)
After Hartmann concluded his investigation he returned the negatives to UPI, which then informed the Trents about them. In 1970 the Trents asked Philip Bladine, the editor of the McMinnville Register, for the negatives; the Trents noted that they had never been paid for the negatives and thus wanted them back. (Clark, 374) Bladine asked UPI to return the negatives, which it did. However, for some reason Bladine never told the Trents that the negatives had been returned. (Clark, 374) In 1975 the negatives were found in the files of the Register by Dr. Bruce Maccabee, an optical physicist for the U.S. Navy and a ufologist. Maccabee did his own extensive analysis of the negatives and concluded that they were not hoaxed and showed a “real, physical object” in the sky above the Trent’s farm. (Clark, 373) He then ensured that the negatives were finally returned to the Trents.
In the 1980s two UFO skeptics, Philip Klass and Robert Sheaffer, would argue that the photos were faked, and that the entire event was a hoax. Their primary argument was that shadows on a garage in the left-hand side of the photos proved that the photos were taken in the morning rather than in the early evening, as the Trents had claimed. Klass and Sheaffer argued that since the Trents had apparently lied about the time the photos were taken, their entire story was thus suspect. (Clark, 375) They believed that the Trents had suspended the “UFO” from power lines visible at the top of the photos; and that the object may have been the detached rear-view mirror of a vehicle. When Sheaffer sent his studies on the case to William Hartmann, Hartmann withdrew the positive assessment of the case he had sent to the Condon Committee. However, Dr. Maccabee offered a rebuttal to the Klass-Sheaffer theory by arguing that cloud conditions in the McMinnville area on the evening of the sighting could have caused the shadows, and that a close analysis of the UFO indicated that it was not suspended from the power lines and was in fact located some distance above the Trent’s farm; thus, in his opinion, the Klass-Sheaffer theory was flawed. (Clark, 375)
Today the Trent/McMinnville photographs remain among the best-publicized in UFO history; and are among the most-discussed and debated. To many ufologists, the two photos rate as being among the most reliable and persuasive in arguing for the existence of UFOs as a “real”, physical phenomenon. To many skeptics, however, the photos are likely hoaxes and/or fakes. Evelyn Trent died in 1997 and Paul Trent in 1998; they both insisted to their deaths that their sighting, and the photos, were genuine. The interest surrounding the Trent UFO photos led to an annual “UFO Festival” being established in McMinnville; it is now the largest such gathering in the Pacific Northwest, and is the second-largest UFO “festival” in the nation after the one held in Roswell, New Mexico.

Los Angeles, February 25, 1942, 02:25 PM-Alarm sirens installed in the event of a Japanese air raid are started as flying objects are seen and announced in the sky. A blackout is declared and the anxious and even terrified inhabitants follow the instructions by turning all the lights off. 03:16 PM Anti-aircraft guns open fire on the unidentified flying objects coming from the ocean, and projector beams are searching the sky. Witnesses observe small objects flying at high altitude, of red or silver plated color, moving in formation at high speed, and untouched by more than 150o large caliber artillery shells. This large object was unhurt by many AAA projectiles, according to the reports. Usually known as photograph from the Battle of Los Angeles.
September 4, 1971-An official mapping aircraft of the Costa Rican government took the photograph below. The aircraft was flying at 10,000 feet over Lago de Cote. An investigation could not identify the object as a “known” aircraft. Debunkers took some stabs at it, but it is still recognized as authentic by most investigators. No “earthly” explanation has ever been given.
Washington D. C. 1952. During the dawn of Ufology in the United States, unidentified flying objects made themselves known to the leaders of the free world, buzzing over the White House, the Capitol building, and the Pentagon. Seemingly the unknown objects were defying the very governmental agencies sworn to protect the United States from foreign powers. Washington National Airport and Andrews Air Force Base picked up a number of UFOs on their radar screens on July 19, 1952, beginning a wave of sightings, unexplained to this day.

Twenty-one-year-old guardsman Shell Alpert took this photo from the window of a U.S. Coast Guard laboratory in Salem, Massachusetts, on July 16, 1952. The US Air Force’s Project Blue Book at first speculated that it was “probably” nothing more than street lamp reflections on the window, though many people—including a power-company work team and other soldiers who also witnessed the four bright egg-shaped lights—disagreed. Later, Project Blue Book reclassified the phenomenon as “unexplained.”
Recently (according to kick it out and the Football Association) there has been a growing amount of racial abuse at Premier league games, this season Kick it out have reported a 35% rise in racist incidents and the FA have reported that there is a 70% rise in racist incidents reported to the FA. Chelsea top the reported racist incident league and recently five of their fans were filmed refusing to let a black man enter a train as they were singing racist chants.
How the fuck can Chelsea fans be racist? The team is owned by a Russian billionaire, they have a Portuguese Manager, they are sponsored by a South Korean multinational conglomerate company headquartered in Samsung Town, Seoul and at least three quarters of their first team squad are foreign! This is why I have trouble comprehending racism in club football, if Chelsea were to get rid of all their foreign players and replace them with local people (like it should be) Chelsea would probably struggle to sell 500 tickets and as for TV deals with Sky and other parasitic media corporations, that would be a thing of the past.
Racist Chelsea fans (or racist fans of most premier league teams) must be very confused people, lets be honest the success of the Premier league and the top most successful teams in the Premier league is not due to the presence of homegrown talent, in fact England failed to get out of the first round of the World Cup, they have failed to get past the quarter finals in every major competition since 1996! My point is English players are mostly shit, most act like spoiled brats, the foreign players is what draws the premier leagues huge worldwide audience, so how can a fan of a football team that is three quarters foreign claim to hate foreigners so much?
The “rise in racism” that the FA are talking about is not exclusive to football most white people fail to notice but racism is everywhere, how many African, Jamaican, Asian or Muslim politicians do we see? Not many, far from a fair representation. The media attack immigrants regularly they call them scroungers when they claim benefits, they attack the way they dress with campaigns like ban the burqa and our government fund wars that kill people in countries that some British immigrants could have families or loved ones. With a racist media and racist politicians, pro war propaganda and UKIP, the rise in racism is everywhere not just in football.
