Millions of people around the world claim to have witnessed, unidentified flying objects, they claim that these objects are far superior to man-made objects such as planes and military craft. These objects have been reported by pilots, astronauts, astronomers and millions of ordinary people. The internet is full of unexplained UFO videos, but still some people believe UFO phenomena is merely peoples over active imaginations. The question now is not are UFOs real but what are they? Can the UFO phenomenon really be dismissed as imagination? Or are there really creatures from other worlds visiting us?

Over the years NASA have released hundreds of pictures taken from Mars, most of these portray Mars as a lifeless planet showing no sign of life anywhere. Until 1976 when Viking 1 caught what appears to be a giant face on the surface of Mars alongside what many researchers claim are pyramids and signs if a highly advanced ancient alien society. Since then there have been many controversial images taken from Mars. NASA usually claims they are optical illusions or natural occurrences but Mars remains a mystery.

Like Mars the Moon has many stories and theories surrounding it, from the moon landing being a hoax, to us landing on the moon but being warned off by aliens, other claim that like Mars the moon has ancient ruins and signs of ancient civilization, the moon remain a mystery. The Sun and the Moon also appear to be the same size in our sky, so much so that on total eclipses the moon completely and perfectly blocks out the sun, despite the odds of them being such a perfect match in size most scientists claim that it is merely a huge coincidence, the Sun is about 400 times as wide as the Moon yet it is also about 400 as far away.

Along with UFOs sightings from witnesses that are reported around the world on a daily basis, fewer in numbers are those that tell stories that usually consist of the subject being taken away from their homes and taken on to an alien craft where strange experiments take place. Many so called alien abductees do not like to public speak of their experiences for fear of ridicule, but when they do speak out they tell disturbingly similar stories to each other. Missing time, being paralyzed in bed, UNUSUAL MARKS, A feeling your being watched prior to sleeping at night, SLEEPWALKING, missing time, unexplained scars and strange flash backs are said but a few of the many symptoms of alien abduction.

Most UFO researchers even skeptics of the alien abduction theory’s believe the abductees are having some kind of real experience, though most doctors and psychiatrists put the experience down to different types of mental illnesses, however some disagree

Yet I can’t know what it is but it seems to me that it invites a deeper, further inquiry. Laurance Rockefeller funded Mack’s organization for four consecutive years at $250,000 per year.

There are many organizations around the world that investigate UFO cases and many of these organizations have been pressuring the governments of the world to disclose what they know, they are still waiting.

Some UFO researchers claim that planet earth is being visited by 100s of different species of alien. They range in size, appearance and agenda, some are described to be small other are described to dwarf us. From the insect like grays, the reptilians, and aliens that look like normal people.

SETI is a scientific search for extraterrestrial intelligence, SETI projects consist of listening to sound waves in space in the hope they may intercept a message sent from space, but are SETI and other UFO organizations looking too far away? Should they start looking closer to home? Maybe we should look in our own history books and religious text.

Strange flying objects are spoken about in religious text books and ancient writings from all over the world, from the chariots of fire of the holy bible to the Vimanas of ancient India.

And that is not all strange creatures with seemingly supernatural abilities also show up all over the ancient world. Are these creatures that most people believe to be aliens, from different planets, solar systems and maybe even different galaxies, the same strange creatures that are spoken about in ancient mythology?

Stories and art from around the ancient world describe animals that appear to have been cross breed with other breeds of animals and sometimes even humans, animals like Centaur – A half-human, half-horse creature, the Minotaur and Faun’s from Greek mythology. Ra and Horus both had the head of a Falcon, these strange animals also show up in art from ancient Sumeria, ancient India. Some art work from ancient mythology depicts the snake that deceived Eve as half snake half woman and Satan himself is sometimes depicted as half goat half man. The reasons for these strange creatures in our ancient myths and legends remain a mystery; some researchers claim that these creatures are evidence of ancient genetic experimentation.

The griffin is most common in Ancient Greece but there is evidence of representations of griffins in Ancient Persian and Ancient Egyptian art dating back to before 3000 BC, a griffin has the body, tail, and back legs of a lion; the head and wings of an eagle. Griffin depictions appear in the Levant, Syria, and Anatolia in the Middle Bronze Age.

Ammit was known as the Devourer of the Dead or the eater of hearts in Ancient Egypt, with a body that was part lion, part hippopotamus and part crocodile thought to be the 3 largest man-eaters known to the ancient Egyptians, Ammit was female and she was feared and not worshiped. It was believed that if Ammit devoured your heart your soul would become forever restless.

The faun is half human–half goat and a forest god or goddess they are spoken about in Roman mythology. Ancient Roman mythology also included a god named Faunus and a goddess named Fauna they were described as goat people.

In Greek mythology Pan god of the wild, shepherds and flocks, hunting and rustic music. Pan who was believed to have learned masturbation from his father Hermes was sometimes known to be cruel he would tease goats, he would rape and is considered among the most sexually perverted gods.

The Minotaur was a creature from Greek mythology with the head of a bull on the body of a man or, as described by Roman poet Ovid, “part man and part bull.”

After he ascended the throne of the island of Crete, Minos competed with his brothers to rule. Minos prayed to Poseidon, the sea god, to send him a snow-white bull, as a sign of support (the Cretan Bull). He was to kill the bull to show honor to Poseidon, but he decided to keep the Bull because of its beauty. Minos thought Poseidon would not be angered if he kept the bull and sacrificed one of his own. He was wrong and to punish Minos, Poseidon made Pasiphaë, Minos’ wife, fall deeply in love with the bull. Pasiphae is said to have climbed in to a hollow wooden cow made by the craftsman Daedalus, in order to mate with the white bull. The offspring was the Minotaur. His mother nursed him, but he grew and became ferocious, he had no natural source of food and therefore the Minotaur was said to have devoured man for sustenance.

A Sphinx has the body of a lion and a human head and sometimes wings. The largest and most famous sphinx is the Great Sphinx of Giza, In Ancient Egypt there were three types of Sphinx, they all had the body of a lion the ANROSPHINX that had the head of a man, HIERACOSPHINX had the head of a hawk and the CRIOSPHINX had the head of a ram. The Sphinx also shows up in Masonic architecture, sphinxes were placed at the entrance of the temple to guard and protect the mysteries and secrets of Freemasonry.

A Lamassu or sometimes called Shedu is a Sumerian deity often depicted with a bull or lion’s body, eagle’s wings, and human’s head, they were said to symbolize power and wealth and thought to be protective spirits.

Hindu mythology also talks of strange hybrid creatures, the Sharabha is a creature that is part lion part bird and According to Sanskrit literature, Sharabha is an eight-legged beast, mightier than a lion and elephant.

Strange hybrid creatures are spoken in many myths and stories of old, some researchers claim clues that ancient people were aware of DNA is hidden within ancient Sumerian art. According to Freemason, Sumerian researcher and Zecharia Sitchin tell us Sumerian mythology also speaks of a race of “Extra-terrestrials” that created man as a slave race for themselves.
